If the item or service was received, inspected and accepted by the customer and the customer paid the bill, the only obligations you might have are:
- Latent defects
If there were no clauses in the contract at the time of delivery and payment that dealt obligated you to to 1. and 2. above, the client would have a very weak case claiming a clause changed after the fact and you are liable.
