The old school of HR says write a polite letter thanking her for her time, expressing your continuing interest in the job and specifying why the interview(s) (both of them) captured your interest in her company and your desire to help them grow.

Send it by “Snail Mail”. It may pleasantly surprise her and add to your prospects for hire.
